On-the-Day Coordination 

All suppliers must have been booked and confirmed.  This package is ideal for couples who just need to ensure that things will go as planned.  It includes (but not limited to) the following:

·               Coordination with suppliers until the big day

·               Arranging a wedding rehearsal (optional)

·               Wrapping up of logistics related to the ceremony and reception

·               Direction of ceremony proper and reception program

·               Setting of call time for the suppliers and participants

·               Supervision in the setting up of the venue

·               Distribution of souvenirs to the guests (optional)

·               Assistance in the welcoming and ushering of guests at the ceremony and reception

·               Guests and gifts registration

·               RSVP (local landline calls only)

  

Partial Coordination 

This package is ideal for couples who have limited time to work on the details.  It includes (but not limited to) the following:

·               Assistance in conceptualization and planning

·               Arrangement of pre-wedding activities such as pre-nuptial pictorial, oculars, etc.

·               Assistance in booking of suppliers

·               On-the-Day Coordination INCLUDED

Consultation Only (for 8 weeks)

·               Assistance in conceptualization and planning

·               Assistance in booking of suppliers

DEBUT

Debut - On-the-Day Coordination
